How to creat Webmail
Our Webmail is a tips of Web-based E-mail program that is available for E-mail/Internet account holders. You can use it to E-mail programs like Gmail, Hotmail, and YahooMail etc. It enables the user to access his/her mailbox via the World Wide Web and do most things other mail programs enable you to do. The user can manage their E-mail, even if they are not sitting at their own personal computer.
Whenever a new email account is generated, an area of storage is created on the mail server where your folders will be stored. This is a shown at the top of the folder list and shows your full name in the format Surname, First Name.
The principal mail folders are:
Inbox - your Inbox, all new mail will be delivered here, unless rules have been set up to instruct otherwise.
Deleted Items - any mail items you delete will be placed here until you exit Webmail. When you exit Webmail, these mail items will be purged from the Deleted Items folder and removed from your mail account.
Drafts - If you save a mail message without sending it, it will be placed here for you to work on at a later date. It is also possible to create template emails and save them in Drafts.
Junk E-mail - any mail which Webmail deems to be junk/spam will be sent here.
Outbox - any mail you send will temporarily move to this folder until sent. Once sent it will move to the Sent Items folder.
Sent Items - a copy of each mail you send will move to the Sent Items folder.
Search Folders - these are collective views of email messages held in other folders:
For Follow Up - Any mails which you have flagged can be seen here.
Large Mail - All of your mail is shown in this folder, ordered by size, largest to smallest. This can be useful to look at in order to identify those mails which may need to be deleted if you need to reduce quota size.
Unread Mail -All mail which has yet to be read (or you have marked as unread) can be seen here.
